When we gather your information, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card or place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.


If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

6. Payment
 

Nelson Tasman Motorhome Hire uses windcave (https://www.windcave.com/) to provide the payment services for the website. For more information on windcave security processes, please visit their website as above. We accept Online Payments via windcave using VISA and MasterCard.


When choosing to pay by credit card, you authorise us to debit the amount that is payable for an accepted order from your nominated credit card account. The credit cardholder must be either the billing or shipping recipient.
 

If we are unable to successfully process your credit card for your order it may be cancelled.


You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for orders through any fraudulent or unlawful means.


We will provide you with a receipt (order confirmation) once your order has been placed which specifies the total fees and charges for the products purchased
